My client is keen to bring in established recruiters or self-motivated individuals looking to get into the recruitment sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who lives in the Lincolnshire area and wants to work in smart, market town offices and avoid those long commutes to work on the motorway.

This agency has a huge, warm client base so you won't be coming in cold. You'll work with uncapped commission and recruit for high end clients so you'll need to be professional, presentable and a confident speaker. Some of the team are extremely high billersso you'll be joining a team who are ready to welcome somebody new to join in their success.

As always since the pandemic there is some flexibility with the role but they'd like you to be in the office a fair amount too.

You'll report to one of the Directors and the Managing Director and will have autonomy but also full training on their systems and client base.

Your basic salary will be between £20 - £24K but your placements will command high fees with a much larger commission percentage than you'll have received before.
