Patient Co-ordinator

We are looking for a patient Coordinator to join our team at Derma Medical. Patient Coordinator responsibilities include welcoming Derma Medical students and models attending our training courses as they check-in. Assisting the trainers on the day with patient paperwork and the preparation of equipment and supplies needed.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing excellent client service to all aesthetic students and models attending Derma Medical courses
- Responsible for facilitating the smooth running of training course days
- Informing model patients about Derma Medical treatments and service offerings
- The set up and preparation of training equipment, products and supplies
- Processing payments, telephone confirmations and scheduling patient review appointments using the booking and CRM system.
- Documenting patient paperwork and various administrative tasks
**Requirements and skills**
- Previous experience as a patient Coordinator or similar role preferable
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Strong organizational, administrative and planning skills
- A team player with clear communication skills
**Job Type**: Freelance
**Salary**: Up to £125.00 per day
