Digital Performance Analyst - Hybrid

Forward Role are working with an international sports ecommerce brand, who are recruiting for a Digital Performance Analyst. The business has been recognised as one of UK’s fastest growing brand with an entrepreneurial and fast-paced team. You will havethe responsibility of providing insight and strategy for performance improvement to the organisations channels, including international and partner sites.

Role Responsibilities
- Providing regular reports and dashboards to measure web, channel, marketing and category performance
- Delivering insight for channel spend and recommendations to allow for efficiency and growth
- Customer analysis to understand behaviours, patterns etc
- Producing post-campaign analysis - extensive research into the performance of campaigns and promotions to understand effectiveness and success. Allowing organisation to have a better understanding for next campaign/promotion
- Extensive experience of Google Analytics
- Experience working in a marketing/ecommerce environment in a analytics role
- Ability to work on individual projects and meeting deadlines
- Being able to identify trends, uncover opportunities and present insight to the organisation
