**Position: Operational agent (Part time seasonal)**
**Location**: Chertsey, Surrey

**Contract type**: 0 hours seasonal contract, until 31st October
**Working hours**:Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat 8:30/9:00 - 15:00 (with some flexibility for occasional overtime)
**Line Manager**: Base manager

This is a very important ‘front line, first impression’ position which will showcase our fleet to our customers. We are seeking for well-organized, dedicated, hardworking and caring Operational Agents that considers our boats, their boats. You will provide outside cleaning of our cruise boats and maintenance support for the Technicians team.** Also do boat demonstration to our customers to explain them how they can drive the boats.**

**What you will be doing**:
As part of your role, you will be responsible for:

- Performing exterior cleaning of boats.
- Maintaining and repairing extras booked by clients, such as bikes and barbecues.
- Assisting the technical team in preparing fleets on days of major departures, including tasks like fuelling gas, changing ropes, and filling water tanks.
- Participating in both the de-wintering of boats at the beginning and wintering work at the end of the season.
- Contributing to boat reconditioning projects.
- Assisting clients as needed with their luggage.
- Participating in any other tasks directly or indirectly related to the base of operations.
- Collaborating with the boat technician team and the cleaning team.
- **Supporting customers with boat demonstration.**

**What we are looking for**:

- Intern / Apprenticeship / Summer Job / Part timer also welcome
- Experienced in similar position within Hospitality Industry like Hotel or Camping cleaning would be advantageous
- Customer service oriented person who is rigorous and punctual
- Methodical and with special attention to detail
- Able to work independently and in small groups
- Comfortable working in small spaces
- Ideally car owner with own transportation due to the company's location
- **Fully eligible to work in the UK**
