We are searching for a **full time Customer Advisor** to work within the response team being the eyes, ears and voice of our clients. Your main responsibility will be taking calls directly from our client’s customers, placing orders and donations, answering queries, solving problems and making sure the customer always feels appreciated.

**A day in the life of a Customer Advisor**:

- Handling inbound calls from our customers who wish to purchase orders or donate to some of our fantastic charity clients
- Answering customer service queries regarding orders already placed
- Process orders for goods over the phone as well as donations for charities following client branding as required
- Actively listening to customer’s needs and providing appropriate advice and suggestions
- Building and maintaining highly accurate customer information data records

**A little bit about you**:

- Confident in using Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
- Great communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Patient, empathetic and understanding

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.77-£10.38 per hour
