**The Role**:
As a Concierge Porter, you will be responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Demonstrate luxury guest service, anticipating guest needs and build rapport.
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
- Retrieve and transport guest luggage
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines
- Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment
- Be fully briefed pre and post shift and be aware of VIP’s or guests with special needs. Be aware of company policy and legal requirements that affect your role and always respect the privacy of our guests,
- Ensure that both the Head Concierge and Front of House Manager are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or other departments
- Arrange and assist guests with taxis
