We are looking for **Administrator/Customer Service Advisor** who can provide high quality service to our customers and suppliers. Administrator will spend time, answering customer calls, handling claims, arranging collections, working with paperwork, advertising, dealing with suppliers, looking after files and documents.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Very strong oraganising skills
- Problems solving skills
- Office environment experience
- Ability to work with systems
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to negotiate with sellers
- Self motivating and organizing
- Good administration skills along with an excellent telephone manner are essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Willenhall: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- customer complaint handling: 2 years (preferred)
