We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Lead to join our client based in Amersham.

The role is perfect for an individual with proven IT and data expertise to deliver and manage technical services, as well as providing internal technical support.
The focus of the role is to manage a small Technical Team in order to ensure and enhance the day to day running of the bespoke Tribute platform, with associated business continuity, security & compliance responsibilities.

**Key Areas**:
Hosting & Software: Managing hosting contracts, performance and capacity as well as domain management and operational software.
Platform Maintenance: Monitoring and troubleshooting the platform with overall responsibility for our case management system and for identifying ways to improve our technical processes.
Donation Processing: Responsibility for our Stripe payment processing integration including rules, data and reporting.
Security & Compliance: Maintaining day-to-day security and compliance processes whilst improving their effectiveness in order to reduce ongoing risk in a range of areas through Penetration Tests, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning.
Partnerships Technical Support: Helping respond to technical enquiries from our partners and users as well as providing specific assistance with platform demonstrations, data transfers, integrations, due diligence and data queries.
Website Technical Lead: Responsibility for SEO and analytics plus working with external agencies on structural enhancements.
Team Management: Management and support of two full-time technical staff focusing on digital and technical operations respectively, as well as providing support for the Head of Development in testing, releasing and troubleshooting the platform.

**Key Attributes**:
Ideal for a technophile with proven experience of working with custom software and supporting sales & customer support teams.
Excellent attention to detail and software management abilities, be adept at managing and analysing data, as well as having high-quality interpersonal skills.

Full time Office based

Salary depending on experience (Proposal Provided on Application)
