Nisbets has recently brought Security of our sites in-house, so this is a great time to join a brand new security function. You can be part of shaping what this function looks like and bring suggestions on how to make small improvements to our ways of working.

Hourly rate £11.50ph. You will work a core shift, Monday to Friday, 60 hours per week and you will need a driving licence to carry out this role.

**What will I be doing as a Security Officer at Nisbets?**
- Ensure the Security and Safety of Colleagues, Customers, and all Nisbets premises and equipment
- Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner that meet all relevant legislation and with a customer service approach
- Maintain accurate records of events in your personal notebook provided
- Carryout all Patrols as tasked remaining alert for fire risks and suspicious activity both inside and outside the premises.
- Provide Medical assistance when requested to do so
- Follow all site Opening and Closing down procedures, reporting any faults immediately
- Complete all Incident reports in the Security DOB in a neat and presentable manner.
- Ensure you comply with all business H&S policies and that the correct processes are followed if carrying out any Manual Handling and the wearing of PPE

**About You**:
**What are we looking for in a Security Officer?**
- SIA Licence holder is ideally sought
- Strong customer service and communications skills
- Intermediate level PC Skills
- Team player with an enthusiastic attitude
- Self Motivated with good problem solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Proactive can do attitude with a flexible approach to work to suit business needs
