**Your duties will include but are not limited to**:
- Processing client information accurately across all internal and external systems
- Attend client meetings, take notes and follow up by drafting letters
- Keep database up to date changing client plans as and when required
- Prepare documents for client reviews
- New business tracked from outset to completion.
- Provide support to senior administrators with rapid admin cover, as required.
- Provide cover for reception and answer external calls when required.
**You will be**:
