**Despatch Controller/Administrator - Based near Attleborough, Norfolk - Monday to Friday / 8.00am - 5.00pm - Permanent**

Hales Group are happy to be advertising for a Despatch Controller for their client based on the outskirts of Attleborough.

**Salary**

£25,00 per annum

**Hours**

Monday to Friday

8.00am - 5.00pm

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Collection breakdowns for all orders
- Collating, writing and sending all paperwork to relevant departments
- Printing labels for collections and deliveries
- Using internal software for import and export
- Stock checking
- Stock taking
- Liaising with other departments to stock movement updated
- Producing pick sheets for other departments

**Key attributes**:

- Must be able to prioritise work
- Good organisational skills - may occasionally get instant orders to be moved quickly, paperwork must be correct
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills
