Telephony Analyst - Hybrid
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Video & Voice Analyst to join their team in Stoke-On-Trent, on a permanent basis. You will be able to work remotely, with 2 days in the office per week. This is flexible.

You will have a strong Telephony background and used Enterprise grade equipment, such as Unify, Cisco, Mitel, Alcatel or others within Enterprise environments. You should also have been responsible for managing the estate, as well as involved in rolloutsand administration of a Telephony System previously.

Our client is looking to implement a new solution, likely involving MS Teams, so any experience with this would be handy.

**Telephony Engineer - Key Skills:
- At least 3 years’ experience working in one or multiple IT areas
- Strong Telephony background
- Unify/Siemens/Hi-Path/Cisco is desired but not essential
- Degree in IT or appropriate discipline(s)
- Strong knowledge of video & voice technology
- Expert knowledge of Cisco TMS/VCS/MCU Telepresence/SIP is ideal, but not essential
- Working knowledge of integrated and non-integrated VC systems
- Experience of using tools such as Wireshark and other troubleshooting tolls is desirable
