- Kidderminster. They are apart of the automotive industry working with mobility technology. The addition of an IT Senior Analyst with help them continue their vision of providing clean, affordable, connected and intelligenttechnology.

**IT Senior Analyst Job Description**:

- Reactive and proactive support
- Support for office based and remote workers
- Primary point of contact for colleagues
- Developing processes and maintaining infrastructure and network systems
- Administer and manage telephony systems
- Administer notebooks, desktops, servers and infrastructure

**For the IT Senior Analyst we want to see people with**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in IT Support/Helpdesk in 2nd line support. (3rd line would be beneficial)
- Valid UK driving licence and Passport
- Experience with windows 10/11, Microsoft 365/ Microsoft Teams.
- Servers (Physical and virtual) /Hyper V/ VMware
- Windows Server
- 2019/ Backup Veeam
- Apple iOS and iPadOS
- Knowledge of LAN fundamentals
- Experience of Active Directory / Group Policy / Exchange / SharePoint
- Experience of conferencing solutions such as CiscoWebex / MS Teams / Skype
- Experience of working in an ITIL based environment
