**We are looking for new call centre agents to deal with new enquiries and develop new business, but someone who will develop with the business as we grow.**

We are looking for ambitious and money-hungry people to join our rapidly growing team, in assisting our clients with finding the right protection for their loved ones.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Making outbound calls
- B2C lead generation
- Promptly contacting new enquiries from clients
- Utilising the current database and leads to contact clients
- Using initiative and rapport to identify new opportunities
- Asking questions to complete a new enquiry form
- Creating new sales leads and transferring them to available agents

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales/telemarketing/business development environment, is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner
