**Salary**: £30,000-£60,000, dependent on experience and location. Market leading commission structure.

At Swoop, the Commercial Mortgage & Property Finance team sits alongside our Unsecured & Asset Finance team to form our business lending proposition. Our mission is to support as many SMEs and Property professionals as possible with accessing finance togrow their business, whilst developing strong and long-lasting relationships. We will achieve this by utilising our innovative technologies that have been built specifically for this purpose.

The Commercial Mortgage & Property Finance team works closely with a wide range of businesses. We help clients access commercial mortgages (owner occupied and investment property), property portfolio lending, mixed-use property lending (semi-commercial),bridging finance and development finance for a wide range of business purposes. The team achieves this by obtaining a thorough understanding of our client and their requirements whilst devising strategies to overcome the challenges many business owners andproperty professionals face with accessing finance.

You will need to be a team player as lead flow is generated from a variety of internal and external sources, so you will need to be good at managing relationships with both clients and our introducer network, which are predominantly accountants and otherprofessional advisors.

**Responsibilities**:
Being a scale-up fintech, no two days will ever be the same, however your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Working closely with SMEs and Property Professionals to understand their funding requirements, virtually and in person
- Building and managing your own pipeline/portfolio of SMEs and Property Professionals and business introducers
- Deliver a market leading level of customer service to all customers and key business introducers
- Develop client relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value
- Support the Head of Commercial Mortgages & Property Finance with maintaining and developing inter-departmental relationships across the Swoop business
- Provide detailed and accurate feedback to all referral sources, both internal and external
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Commercial Mortgages & Property Finance on portfolio/pipeline performance
- You will be expected to have a deep understanding and knowledge of Swoop’s products and services and will ensure all customers are successfully using the product/service
- Work with multi-functional teams to optimise the sales and onboarding process and work closely with operations and other funding teams to ensure the highest service levels across the business
- Help our SMEs and Property Professionals grow and achieve their goals while simultaneously strengthening their relationship with Swoop

Skills And Experience

We’re looking for individuals with:

- Relevant experience in a customer facing financial services role, preference for those with experience of working with SMEs and Property Professionals
- An open-minded approach to supporting customers in accessing finance
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read a situation, listen, frame a conversation, and deliver solutions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and present it back to lenders in a clear and concise manner
- A good work ethic along with the ability to remain positive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- The ability to deal with challenges with integrity, humility and a 'cando’ attitude as well as having the ambition and desire to work in a high-growth tech company
