We have a very exciting opportunity for a Qualitative Associate Director to join a rapidly growing team of passionate R&D experts at one of the UK's leading insight's agencies in Leeds, where culture and values are at the forefront of what they do.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in high level project management, passionate about product testing and can deliver clear actionable results. Someone who can explore a client challenge, design a solution and make it happen
With focus to Qualitative methodologies, this Associate Director will lead on full research project life cycles across a variety of sectors.
This is an excellent position for a passionate 'quallie' who is eager for personal and professional development, working with industry experts and global brands.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Managing research projects from start to finish; inclusive of proposal writing, research design, project management, data analysis, producing reports and presenting findings
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development within the industry
- Maintaining successful client relationships, creating innovative solutions and providing strategic advice for clients
- Developing new business relationships to facilitate agency growth
**Skills and experience**:
- Market research agency experience at Senior Research Manager level or higher
- Have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to deliver high quality work
- Demonstrate great organisational and time management skills
- Flexible approach to research with the ability to work well under pressure
- Self-motivated, driven and adaptable with the desire to learn new techniques
- Experienced presenter and work shopper
- Experience leading and supporting a team
- Have a relevant degree in social sciences or market research related topics
- Passionate about impacting client's businesses and loves the craft of qualitative research
- A natural problem solver, creating solutions and driving them to completion
