An International Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to come in as an Associate Director within their Leeds office.
**The Associate Director's Role**
The Partners are seeking an Associate Director who is comfortable carrying out a dual Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role on an array of projects across the Residential, Logistic, Office, Healthcare, Government, Higher Education, and Retail sectors.
The new Associate Director will be responsible for managing a small team whilst also building on the company's presence in the region. Providing a range of Quantity Surveying / Employer's Agent duties from project inception to completion, mentor junior staff,and manage client relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned Consultancy, carrying out business development, and helping to build on the success of the region.
**The Associate Director**
- Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent background
- MRICS or degree qualified (RICS)
- Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
- Strong Consultancy background
**In Return?**
- £65,000 - £75,000
- Car allowance
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Ability to sell and buy (up to 15 days) leave
