A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join a growing project management consultancy based in Leeds. This forward-thinking business is seeking an experienced Associate Director who can not only lead the delivery of major projects but also bring a strong network of client contacts. The role offers a clear pathway to leading the entire project management team in the near future. This position would suit an Associate Director with strong leadership qualities, a proven track record of project delivery, and a desire to contribute to business growth through client development. The consultancy, with a strong presence across the North, is looking for an ambitious Associate Director ready to take the next step in their career, with the potential to shape and run the PM function. The Associate Director’s role As Associate Director, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of a wide variety of construction projects, working across sectors such as education, healthcare, and commercial. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, lead project teams, and ensure client satisfaction from inception through to completion. A key part of your role will involve developing new business through your own network, as well as expanding existing client relationships. There will be scope to support and eventually lead a growing team of project managers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and strategic input into the future of the business. The role combines delivery with leadership and offers a genuine route to progression within a respected and agile consultancy.
