We are recruiting for supply Teaching Assistants/Classroom Supporters in the PL24, PL25 and PL26 postcodes

The 22/23 academic year as started and our Primary specialist team in Truro have been exceptionally busy already with requests for Teaching Assistants. We are looking to expand our team of primary support assistants to help in supporting our wonderful primarysettings.

We would like to hear from you if any of the below apply;
- You have experience supporting children in a school setting, nursery setting, care support setting or within another setting
- If you do not have existing experience, you are working towards a relevant qualification or already hold a relevant qualification (such as Level 2 or 3 TA diploma, CACHE Level 2 or 3 in EYFS, Health and Social care etc)
- You have personal experience supporting Special Educational Needs or SEMH needs
- You are passionate about education and supporting children and wish to begin a career in education

We will need applicants to be available between 2 and 5 days a week. We offer flexible supply work, allowing educators to use an online diary to pick and chose which days each week they work, or can support educators in finding long-term and permanent work.If you are seeking full-time but not wishing to commit to a permanent role, we can help Our educators were overwhelmed with bookings last academic year, and the majority of our Teaching Assistants worked 5 days per week in a selection of schools. Educatorstend to find a group of local schools who they get on well with and circulate between those settings to make up a full working diary.

These positions would suit anyone who is seeking either an opportunity to start a career within education, or who are already experienced but wishing for a more flexible way of working. Perhaps this might just be a stepping stone to finding your next permanentrole, or might be a new change of pace that will suit you long-term. Many of our Teaching Assistants enjoy the ability to take term time days off wherever needed and to be able to pick and choose which schools they work in.
