**About the Role**

Our newly refurbished residential service, Strawberry Fields, is located in the charming rural village of Wick, close to the coastal town of Littlehampton. The service provides residential accommodation for individuals with learning disabilities and associatedcomplex needs. Individuals are encouraged to gain greater confidence with everyday tasks such as cooking, washing and cleaning and help with the maintenance and running of the home.

Social activities and events also take place at the home and visits from family and friends are encouraged. Strawberry Fields also has its own transport to access immediate local amenities and the nearby coast. Close by there is also a large activity centrewith its own trampoline, gym and sensory room which is available to the people we support at Strawberry Fields.

You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shoppingand domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
