Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology? Care Computers, a leading managed IT service provider and Microsoft Modern Work solutions partner, are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and propel our business to new heights.
As our Sales Manager, you will take charge of the entire sales lifecycle, collaborating with our sales team to propose and close managed service contracts, as well as sell our range of services and products. Your strategic vision, leadership abilities, and customer-centric mindset will be instrumental in achieving our company goals.
Sales Manager - Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of the small to medium business market and its operations.
- Demonstrated success in building strong client relationships.
- Enjoyment of working with customers and external audiences, exhibiting high energy and effective negotiation skills.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong telephony skills, active listening, and customer care.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
Sales Manager - The Role:
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company goals.
- Monitor sales team productivity and motivate them to reach monthly targets.
- Report sales data to the management team.
- Determine price schedules and discount rates, effectively communicating them to the sales team and customers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our service catalogue and its alignment with customer needs.
- Create, maintain, and enforce standards and procedures for daily activities.
- Develop training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
