Performing exceptional customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
- Objectively conduct employee relations investigations and provide consultation to employees and managers
- Managing various HR programs in Europe
- Conducting audits of various time off, benefits and compliance
- Assisting Director of Human Resources with various research projects and/or special projects.
- Assists with compensation review and performance management
- Assists with processing and record keeping related to hiring, separation, leave, transfer and promotion particularly as related to regulations, and diversity initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with applicable country and local employment laws.
- Assists in administrative and compliance tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources

Requirements: *

Undergraduate Advanced Degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology preferred, MBA a plus
- CIPD qualified is a plus
- 4+ years HR Generalist, HR Business Partnering, or related experience
- Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great communication skills
- A positive, flexible attitude
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Willingness to work with global partners
