** Benefits & Pensions Administrator - Bracknell/Hybrid - £30,000 + Excellent Benefits**

**The Company & Role**
- Work closely with our benefits advisors and third party providers to ensure the efficient processing of monthly voluntary benefit changes.
- Day to day administration and communication of our pension schemes including payroll, new joiners, contribution changes and scheme leavers for our company schemes.
- Supporting the tri-annual re-enrolment process for the company scheme.
- Responsible for responding to pension and benefit related queries from employees and third parties, working closely with the HR Services and Business Partnering Teams.
- Support the delivery of the annual benefits election.
- Support the implementation of any pension and benefit changes to the wider business.
- Support the team in the delivery of wider reward activity during annual pay reviews.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Previous HR and benefits experience or knowledge desirable
- Good experience of working with HR information systems and benefits/pension platforms.
- Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets.
- Good analytical and numerical skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ideally some knowledge and experience of auto-enrolment, GPP pension scheme administration and an understanding of DB pension schemes **(desirable only)**
