- £60,000-£80,000 DOE***We require an individual who becomes the gatekeeper for the Principal and can understand and prioritise what is important to discuss in a mínimal amount of time. Someone who can be reactive but calm, tenacious and confident and work on the go.

Ultimately this role will manage and be responsible for a team, and this person should be able to delegate effectively

Must have five years of extensive experience working for a Senior Executive or UHNW Principal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a team of staff
- Overseeing the Principals extremely busy diary and ensuring that the other team of assistants that look after his wife and children filter into this so that his schedule is managed appropriately
- Acting on the Principal's behalf where necessary and being his gatekeeper and right hand.
- Liaising with Professional advisers, including agents, publicists, lawyers, in-house accounts team and Consultants, and the wider team
- Arranging all business travel
- Ensuring clear communication about all arrangements to the broader team and household
- Managing memberships/subscriptions with industry bodies/organisations as and when needed
- Ensuring the Principal's confidentiality at all times.
- Ultimately allowing the Principal to focus on his businesses and the smooth running of the environment around them.
