We have got an excellent training manager in post which gives our staff access to other courses on top of this. The role of a Team Leader is to complete rota's, as well as supporting the Registered Manager to manage the staff team with supervisions, spot checks, medication competencies. There will be an expectation for the on call rota to be completed between other office staff on a rota basis.

Due to the needs of the role, we are only looking for drivers, with access to their own vehicle insured for business.
Please note, this role is not 9-5, there is an expectation you will be available out of hours to help cover care and to conduct spot checks on staff that may not work in the daytime, because of this flexible working arrangements are available.
