Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist in the implementation of care plans for patients in a care home or home care setting.
- Provide support to patients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and care provided.
- Utilise IT systems effectively to record patient data and communicate with the healthcare team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a high standard of care.
- Drive to different locations as required to provide home care services.
- Support patients with mobility and accompany them on outings when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is desirable.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required.
- Proficient IT skills for recording patient information accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A valid driving licence for providing home care services.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- No weekends
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Care home: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

**Location**:

- Belfast (required)
