- In this role you will build on your existing media planning & buying experience to develop a firm foundation in **digital media.**You will be expected to develop media plans working closely with other investment channels (AV/Publishing & Audio) and with communication planning teams to support our clients and help to make their brands famous.
- You will be expected to demonstrate your confidence and desire to work with high profile brands and have a track record of developing innovative work. Further you will play a role in the wider investment team, contribute to presentations and training juniorteam mates as well as getting involved in new business.
- Because the role is demanding you will need to make an immediate impact and be a quick learner - we are looking for an accomplished Exec with media agency experience.
- The role will benefit an ambitious individual who has the skills to move the brands digital campaigns forward by adding innovation, regular test and learn and ensuring brilliant basics.

**Qualifications**
- You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills - our clients like to be challenged, but with diplomacy.
- A proven track record of working with a diverse range of clients and a passion to use the latest technologies to deliver against set KPIs.
- Have strong knowledge and understanding of campaign performance measurement and be able to demonstrate how to optimise towards different KPIs depending on client objectives with a desire to consistently deliver strong results through testing and ongoingoptimisation.
- Be confident and comfortable with the full end-to-end process of digital planning and buying expertise in at least one discipline.
- Hold yourself and others to a very high standard of professionalism and product.
