Right now, we’re looking for Two brilliant Part Time Market Researcher's who can hit the ground running and play a key part in helping us to achieve our mission of becoming the very best in the world at what we do

**Responsibilities**
- Working in the Office 3 days a week
- Reporting into KnowYourMarket Customer Success Manager
- Making phone enquiries on behalf of customers
- Making web enquiries on behalf of customers
- Completing follow up reports
- Some data survey creation and updating

**About you**
- Data Entry Admin experience.
- Handling and Making Calls to and from Customers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good Microsoft Office and ideally CRM knowledge.
- A can-do attitude and will be highly self-motivated.
- The ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Good customer relationship building skills.
- Great organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Marketing experience would be desired.
- May suit someone with Receptionist experience

The role is primarily based out of our very own two-storey commercial building in Little Eaton which is a beautiful village on the outskirts of Derby. It’s a great location with free on-site parking and plenty of local amenities.UK wide travel will be required from time to time.

Plus, there’s some great walks / bike trails surrounding that many of the team take full advantage of at lunch or for a mid-afternoon break. With an on-site shower, you don’t have to worry about working up a sweat after a quick three miler

We’ve got break-out rooms, and ideas rooms and we’ll keep you replenished with regular team lunches and refreshments.

**Working hours will be working 9 am - 5.30 pm Three days out of Monday to Friday so you’ll have the weekends to relax and recharge.**
