As we continue to grow, we're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive our brand forward in competitive global markets. The Opportunity This Marketing Executive role offers a unique blend of digital marketing, customer relationship management, and strategic market development. You'll work closely with the Sales and After-Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting our global expansion. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise Powerlink's main website and e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive lead generation. Develop and execute engaging content across social media channels (including LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry blogs) to strengthen brand presence. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of our international distribution network. Proactively engage with prospective clients via email, phone, and digital channels to build relationships and convert leads. Provide expert product advice, manage customer inquiries, and ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally, collaborating with After-Sales and Production teams as needed. Support the Sales Manager in developing strategic marketing plans and delivering data-driven market insights. What We're Looking For Essential: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles. Proven experience managing digital platforms (website, e-commerce, social media). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively.
