**Hospitality and Site Assistant**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our team as a Hospitality and Site Assistant. This multifaceted role combines bartending, cooking, and maintenance duties, offering a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a diverse work environment and enjoys interacting with people. We provide training in any areas where you may lack experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Bar Work**: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks and snacks. Ensure an excellent guest experience and maintain a clean, organized bar area.
- **Cooking**: Assist in the kitchen as needed, prepare simple meals and snacks according to standard recipes, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- **Payments**: Handle cash and card transactions accurately, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and provide receipts to customers.
- **Maintenance**: Assist with site maintenance, primarily outside of high season, in both internal and external areas.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in hospitality, particularly in bar work.
- Basic cooking skills and a willingness to assist with kitchen & cooking duties.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Ability to be self-motivated in a quieter environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and New Year’s Eve.

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
