QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE 2 years as an IT Support Engineer or similar role using Microsoft Technologies Experience working within an MSP Hands on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments Microsoft Office 365 including Teams & Exchange Online Mail Security Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft & Windows Infrastructure LEVEL N/A N/A Intermediate Intermediate Intermediate Intermediate Intermediate REQUIRED DESIRABLE RECRUITMENT 1 1ST LINE SUPPORT ENGINEER EXPERIENCE Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, Domain Services, Group Policy, DNS) Routing, switching & firewall rules Microsoft Azure Platform VPN VOIP Configuration Relevant Certifications (e.g., MCP, MCSE, ITIL) Degree in relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems) Linux Systems RESPONSIBILITIES LEVEL Intermediate Basic Basic Basic Basic Basic Basic Basic REQUIRED DESIRABLE ? Conveying regular updates and feedback to customers ? Meticulous with updating service tickets ? Hands-on physical hardware replacements ? Following & implementation of work-based procedures ?
