Receptionist / Venue Host

**About this role**

We are excited to have the opportunity for someone to join our fantastic Guest Services Team at the Waterfront Hotel, Spa & Golf; a 103 bedroom 4 star hotel, with 1 AA rosette brasserie, spa and golf. The expectations we have in relation to standards are high.

Your main focus will be to look after our guests and provide excellent customer service to them. Your day will be varied, checking our guests in and out, answering any queries they may have and be the face of the hotel. Ultimately, you will be helping our guests to have a positive and memorable experience.

As a resort with three venues, there is lots of scope for progression within our hotel, as well as across other areas of the business. This role is based on working 40 hours.
