We’re a small, stable team at Maidstone and this new position will lead and develop our colleagues, guiding the practice, with its loyal and expanding client base and varied caseload, to deliver top class clinical standards and client care.
Maidstone Companion Care is conveniently located on South Aylesford Retail Park, close to the M20 and main bus routes for commuting purposes. Maidstone, a large county town in its own right, is located in the heart of Kent’s beautiful ‘garden of England’ countryside and is just over an hour from London and plenty of international airports. This makes it the perfect location for enjoying outdoor adventures or city nightlife outside of work and we work hard to ensure all of our team maintain a good work/life balance to do make the most of this.
This position can be flexible full or part time hours, with some weekends on a fair rota basis, shared with the rest of the team, and there is no out of hours requirement.
