Main duties of the job We are looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our Continence Service. We can be flexible with the base with the option for either Maidstone, Ashford, Canterbury or Sevenoaks. We provide information, support and professional advice to clients, healthcare practitioners and carers in order to maximise the quality of life for patients. You will oversee and support the management of a complex clinical caseload of patients with specialist clinical services as an autonomous practitioner. You'll work closely with the Operational Manager of Specialist Clinical services to lead in the strategic development and advancement of clinical practice in continence (Bladder & Bowel) and product delivery services.
