**The Company and Role**

A rare office vacancy at one of the most prestigious, fastest growing artisan bakeries in England.

We produce freshly baked goods and deliver through the early hours. We are the proud suppliers of Michelin starred restaurants, 5* hotels and boutique cafés with our award-winning breads, artisanal pastries and cakes.

Although we already boast some high profile clientele, that doesn’t stop our ambition to be the best and constantly grow our portfolio of customers. We are fast growing and have increased our customer country by 100% over the last 18 months, and aim to continue doing so.

We are therefore looking for a superstar to join our office team to support our growth.

The person:

- A passion for food, restaurants or baking
- Good spoken and written English
- Excellent time management
- Basic math skills

The Role:

- Placing orders onto our IT system
- Handling feedback, complaints and customer queries
- Printing daily paperwork for production, packing and drivers
- Recording sales and complaints and reporting to management
- Managing our profile on key supplier portals
- Raising customer invoices

Previous Experience:

- Customer Services
- Food production, chef or baker
- Office experience

Hours:
5 shifts a week - Monday - Sunday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,500.00 per year
