We are a new startup, call-centre business working with the public in a quasi legal role. The company aims to assist people with property related issues and is looking for someone who wants to grow and develop as the business does.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Ability to work in a team environment and promote teamwork through

effective communication and the ability to build a team around themselves
- Ability to be flexible in their approach, prioritise work and remain resilient and focused when under pressure
- Intermediate level of IT Knowledge, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with clients to collate all necessary information as well as working with external professionals
- Providing customer services assistance to clients
- Dealing with inbound and outbound phone call

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Watford, WD17 2DQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
