**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and deliver engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of young children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
- Manage classroom behaviour positively, promoting respect and cooperation among children.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the learning experience.
- Drive initiatives that support the overall well-being of children in your care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and fellow educators.
- Experience in managing a classroom environment, ensuring all children feel valued and included.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication.
- Background in nursery settings or early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is essential.
- A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development through play-based learning.

Pay: From £22,819.00 per year
