**Job Description**:
**Assystem Energy & Infrastructure** are recruiting for **Risk Management Specialist** to work at our customers site in **Caithness **on a contract basis.
**Role details**:
**Job title: Risk Management Specialist**
**Contract length: 12 months +**
**Location: Caithness**
**Contract type: PAYE via Umbrella solution**
The key function of the role will be to develop the risk management capability with the project teams and act as a liaison and facilitator between the contractual monthly obligations and the day to day utilisation of risk management at project level.
In addition to this to support and deputise for the Risk Lead in the following tasks:
- Chair risk meetings with the project teams to identify threats & opportunities, potential mitigation activities, and close-out of risks;
- Chair risk meetings with the Ministry of Defence, and manage the delivery and close-out of actions;
- Administration of the data in the Active Risk Management (ARM) risk software;
- Maintain the Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) software to support the Schedule Quantitative Risk Analysis (SQRA) data runs
- Production of risk management programme reports
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- Be able to demonstrate a high calibre of Project Control knowledge, ideally with recognised qualifications such as APM.
- Have extensive knowledge and experience of risk management processes and development.
- Be experienced in the use of ARM and PRA.
