Tuition and Ensembles Co-ordinator

**About the role**:
Are you enthusiastic about music education? Are you committed to supporting all kinds of diverse music performance events, across multiple genres? Are you highly organised, a strong communicator and able to work in a team?
Hillingdon Council is looking for a new Tuition and Ensembles Coordinator to to oversee 1-2-1 and small group music tuition and ensembles across schools and centres in the area. This includes managing a team of tutors and partners and the oversight of our thriving Saturday Music School. The role will lead on the running of events showcasing our ensembles as well as promotional events to ensure high engagement. We are looking for someone passionate about inclusion to continue our vision to ensure an inclusive approach through all our activities.
The new Tuition and Ensembles Coordinator will need to be well organised, a good people manager with a deep knowledge of delivering music provision. We are looking for someone who can start in January 2025 or soon thereafter. This is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.
