We manufacture and export our own range of brands to livestock owners across the world, as well as fulfilling contracted manufacturing for other brands within the industry.

You will be joining a company which is continually growing year on year, in a fast-paced environment where each day is different. We are a small family led company which is customer centric and have won several awards in being the supplier of the year at BETA.

About you;
This role would suit an enthusiastic individual to enable them to gain experience of all aspects of working in a busy office environment.

**Skills**
- The successful individual should have proven experience in sales order processing and customer services.
- Previous experience of Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Good organisation skills
- Knowledge of the equestrian industry is an advantage, but not essential

**Duties**
- Dealing with customer service enquiries
- Edit/maintain our customer/supplier database with a high level of accuracy.
- Processing sales/purchase orders and taking payments
- Arranging collection of goods/crediting customers when required
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies at all times.

Along with processing orders the individual must be used to handling customers who have damaged deliveries, be able to chase couriers for further information and process replacement orders/credits for customers.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, to be worked between the hours of 8am - 5.30pm.
