We are seeking a HR and Business Coordinator to join our Primary region. This role will involve working across up to 4 primary academies within our East Cluster which currently consists of one 2 form entry primary (Outwood Primary Academy Woodlands) and a 4 form entry Junior (Outwood Junior Academy Brumby).

The working pattern for this role is 37 hours per week, all year round.

As a HR and Business Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service which includes reporting on all staffing changes for the payroll across your allocated academies, including providing advice in line with School Teachers Pay and Conditions and National Joint Council for Local Government Services. You will also be accountable for the administration teams in the allocated academies, ensuring they are delivering a high level of service to their academy.

Both HR and school business services knowledge is required for this role and the ability to be adaptable to the needs of multiple academies. You will be based at Outwood Junior Academy Brumby but required to travel to any of the academies within your cluster. You may also be asked to provide support to any newly converted primary academies.

You will work closely with Principals and Group HR team to ensure academies are provided with professional and confidential HR and business services support, advice and guidance. You will also be part of the wider primary business services team, working closely with the Site and Compliance Coordinator and Executive Team.

A full clean driving license is essential for this role.
