A bit about the role...
The scope of this role will support all team member recruitment both internal and external as well as taking accountability for ensuring all hard-to-fill locations are supported centrally, efficiently, and in a timely fashion
- Manage queries and issues that come in from both internal and external contacts via the CRM
- Support Right to Work checks, ensuring relevant compliance checks
- Support Dayforce testing twice per year and any ad-hoc requests
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager for Operations

- Strong knowledge of recruitment practice in volume recruitment
- Knowledge of working with an ATS
- Excellent understanding of compliance and governance eg Right to work, GDPR
- Excellent communication skills
- Very organized and have ability to work at pace
- Goal orientated, comfortable with targets and SLAs

**Location**: Remote with some travel to office locations.
