Talent Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition team to deliver all resourcing activity at The Perfume Shop.
Having a real gift and passion for your line of work, you’ll be responsible for ensuring we can effectively attract, source, and engage our future Perfume People with the necessary talent, passion and spark across multiple roles in over 200 Stores, at our Warehouse and “ScentQuarters” at High Wycombe.
You’ll also help us build on our employment brand, grow our social media presence and evolve our talent acquisition strategy.
*WHAT YOU’LL DO *
- Evolve our employer brand to position us in the market as a great employer and inclusive place to work
- Bring our hiring values of “Talent, Passion and Spark” to life in a meaningful way using a variety of appropriate social media platforms
- Design and plan The Perfume Shop’s recruitment campaigns across the year (Stores, Head Office and Warehouse), as well as designing and running assessment centres and using other group assessment tools.
- Work with the Reward Manager to look for ways to ensure The Perfume Shop’s employee value proposition is competitive in the market to support the attraction of talented people into the business
- Plan and execute The Perfume Shop’s peak period people resourcing requirements across the year, particularly for Christmas to make sure that the correct number of additional roles are available in Store and at our Warehouse.
- Lead and coach the Talent Acquisition team, making sure an expert and timely resourcing service is delivered to both our internal and external customers.
- Make sure that our KPIs, tools, processes, and SLAs are fit for purpose, you’ll continuously look to develop and improve what we do
*WHAT YOU’LL BRING*
- You’re already operating as a talented Senior Recruiter with in-house experience who is looking for the next step or a Talent Acquisition Manager who wants to work in an established and successful business.
- You have the spark to design and implement a dazzling social media plan which utilizes multiple channels to increase attraction and engagement with our employer brand.
- Experience of managing and delivering resourcing related projects with your feet firmly in the day-to-day operation and can demonstrate a track record of successful delivery which drives business performance.
- A friendly personality who loves people and finds it easy to build and maintain great working relationships, and the ability to lead and manage a small team of recruitment professionals.
- You have a positive energy and an outgoing personality which employees and customers are drawn to, broad resourcing knowledge and in-house experience, and strong understanding of recruitment planning and process (high volume/operational)
