This role will be based in Northern Ireland, this is a hybrid working role with a requirement to attend face to face meetings and fleet onsite visits 2-3 days per week. There could also be the opportunity to work remotely but our preference is that you are Northern Ireland based and you are able to cover this region.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Senior Fleet Business Partner you’ll build effective relationships and encourage collaborative working relationships with regional operations directors and other key stakeholders across fleet management and operational team units.

You’ll provide strategic guidance with the primary objectives of reducing our overall red fleet demand, continually improving the quality of customer service, contribute to the business strategy on reducing emissions and overall fleet costs to the business and enhance operational behaviours with regards to driver culture, fleet policy, safety, and standards.

- Relevant knowledge or experience relating to large critical fleet management
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for vehicles and road transport legislation
