**The bit ‘About You’**

You will already have experience in the administration of benefits such as pension, GAYE, SAYE and Fleet within a payroll department, previous retail sector experience is a plus. Previous experience of iTrent is highly desirable.
You will need to be passionate about benefits and payroll. You will have strong administration and organisation skills
**The short bit ‘About the Role’**
In this newly created role, we are looking for an experienced Benefits & Fleet Specialist to join our proactive and successful People Team. Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, in this part time position you will play an important role in ensuring our 4000 colleagues benefits are administered correctly as we reward them for the amazing work they do. Ability to meet strict statutory deadlines a must.
**Some of the key responsibilities you will need to undertake**:
- Administering Benefits
- Auto Enrolment/Re Enrolment
- Car Fleet (including supplier management, order management, accident management, fines & fees management, insurance and driving license governance, tax queries)
- Health Insurance (including membership, supplier management, governance and tax queries)
- Expenses management
- Health plans
- Court Orders
- GAYE
- Company pensions
- Benefits and Statutory Leave
- Salary Sacrifice
- Life Assurance/renewals of
- Death In Service
- SAYE schemes
- Assistance with LTIP/Share Options
**The bits we are looking for in you**
This will be a busy role, so we are looking for the following:
- Strong benefit/reward and customer service skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Team player both with your own team and other stakeholders as necessary
- iTrent experience preferred
- Sound working knowledge of PAYE and National Insurance statutory requirements, statutory leave, manual calculations Experienced in dealing with HMRC, RTI (FPS, EPS etc), Reconciliation of payments
- Up to date legislation knowledge around pensions & benefits
- Preferable knowledge of ROI payroll taxation, including PRSI, USC, LPT and BIK
- Knowledge of IOM payroll desirable but not essential
- P11d experience preferable
- EOY experience
- Reconciliation of payroll 3rd party payments
