Operations Executive 6-month FTC
CIM is recruiting for an Operations Executive to support within the Commercial department.
- T_his is a fixed-term contract for 6 months however, there is a possibility for this contract to be extended._
About the role
As the Operations Executive you will support the Commercial department with data inputting, logístical and customer support for our public training courses and CIM Academy. You will also play an integral role in the continuous improvement of processes and customer experience across the department.
In a typical day, you might:
- Input data and process bookings for training courses and CIM Academy.
- Provide support to CIM Academy students.
- Assist in issue resolution, planning, process, quality and performance improvement.
- Check course materials and content quality against the programme checklist to ensure a high level of quality.
For this role, you’ll need:
- Evidence of office based experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about providing a great customer experience.
- Organised with strong time management skills.
- A proactive approach, able to think laterally when required.
- Evidence of experience using CRM systems - desirable.
- Evidence of experience using video conferencing platforms i.e. Zoom - desirable.
About the Team
You will be joining a team of seven, working closely with the CIM Academy Team whilst being responsible for independent projects as a part of the Training Operations Team. CIM Academy is the only Accredited Study Centre, delivering the complete range of professionally recognised CIM marketing and digital marketing qualifications and supporting students as they work towards their qualifications. The Training Operations Team processes and facilitates all of CIM’s public training courses.
