Lettings Administrator role.

Kingswood Residential Investment Management are specialists in residential property lettings and management across Nottinghamshire.

We are seeking a Lettings Administrator to join our team.

Our business commenced in 2016 and is quickly growing to be a respected professional agency operating in the private rental sector in Nottinghamshire, managing 650+ properties (and counting).

This role is to undertake the following duties:

- Handling lettings properties / tenant enquiries via phone or computer.
- Support to our lettings team / department.
- Monthly audit tasks.
- Administration tasks across various of our IT systems.
- Strong administration and organisational capabilities, which can be demonstrated through your previous positions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Can multi task
- Can react to important incoming tasks / work prioritising.
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines / targets.
- Ability to work both alone and in a team.
- Willingness to 'go the extra mile'
- Great people skills with clients and colleagues

Hybrid / mínimal home working considered after probation period, or full office based. Our office location = NG1 5AF.

Previous experience in administration or secretarial position essential. Letting or estate agency sector preferred but not essential.
