**Job Description**:
The role is focussed on the commercial management and GTM strategies for Digital Products
**Strategy & Execution**
- Lead development of annual operating plan and multi-year outlook process: including defining strategic opportunities to accelerate growth, setting and cascading revenue and scorecard targets to markets; and developing operational and technology investments needed to execute against plan
- Driving key strategic, financial, and operational activities by developing progress reports, updates, dashboards and hosting monthly business reviews
- Regular sessions with Cluster Product and Sales teams to cover strategy, pipeline and progress against goals for each of the digital products in portfolio
- Lead on defining and executing cross functional strategic initiatives to deliver on goals and mitigate objectives that are off track
- Work closely with Sales Account Executives (within Merchant Sales & Acquiring and Digital Partnerships), and ensure they are aligned on digital products strategy for region and have regional sales toolkit to drive market growth. Provide support as required including validity of positioning and business use cases.
**Product commercialisation**
- Develop the go to market strategy for all digital products, through data driven benefits strategy and clear segmentation & distribution strategy of enablers and strategic merchants
- Develop the growth strategy and drive solutions adoption in European markets and look at commercial opportunities to scale/distribute in new markets, as well as expanding in existing markets
- Support global commercialisation activities through validating and contributing regional PoV and progress reports for all key products with enablers and strategic merchants/partners.
- Conduct analysis of the market and competitive positioning. Ensure differentiation in market exists
- Collaborate closely with the Authentication, Digital and Security products teams on Visa’s strategy and product roadmap ensuring high priority digital capability is championed through strong business cases & client demand
- Drive synergies with Network processing team, DPS Issuer processing, and Buyer & Seller teams
**Marketing and Communications**
- Drive and manage all sales collateral and commercialization assets for digital products, delivery through Product Marketing
- Support external communication activities: Digital narrative, Visa Navigate, Visa Navigate Experiences, Webinars, PR as required.
- Proactive development of client case studies and revisions of digital narrative and sales collateral
**Managing Pricing & Deal Frameworks**
- Lead on the development of pricing and deal constructs for digital products, and attaining approval through Pricing and Deals committees
- Conduct Pricing analysis and provide recommendations
- Evaluate efficacy of pricing on strategic goals and initiate reviews with pricing team support as required
- Work closely with Pricing team on execution of pricing responsibilities, as well as obtaining feedback from impacted markets and global.
- Contribute to broader CNP pricing reviews and strategies led by the Pricing and Strategy teams.
**Team**
- Define budget, resources and skill-set required to achieve digital products commercialisation strategies
- Build a diverse and cohesive team (hub and cross-functional) with a shared purpose/goal and define its modus operandi
- Onboard, nurture and develop the Team’s talent
- Manage team operations (e.g., budget, planning, expenses, etc.)
Qualifications**
What we’re after**
- Proven track record in commercialisation of Digital, Authentication, Security or Digital Identity portfolio for digital payments
- Deep understanding of how to scale and distribute products/services within a technology company
- Significant experience in defining and implementing winning GTM strategies, assets and tools for e-commerce solutions, with clear focus on market and client/sector segmentation
