**Technical Trainer (Insurance), Remote (some travel). Up to £55,000 + Bonus and excellent benefits.**

**Synchronicity Compliance** are working with a leading Insurance business who are looking for a Technical Trainer to join their current team of 6. Primarily responsible for producing and delivering training to UK colleagues around insuranceproducts and terminology. Remote but will required occasional travel.

**The role**:

- Supporting the co-ordination and execution of training initiatives and the embedding of knowledge to improve learning and colleague/business outcomes.
- Supporting and driving continuous improvement across technical training.
- Identifying training needs for each business area and implement e-learning plans including creation of new training content where required.
- Working with the Training Manager to standardise processes and procedures, support measures to supervise training outcomes and support overall training strategy.
- Ensure robust performance management and training and competence processes are in place and that actions arising from these processes are implemented in a timely manner;
- Lunch and learn sessions.
- Case study workshops.
- Face to face training sessions.
- Day to day responsibility for the Technical Training Plan.

**To apply**:

- Experience in designing, producing and delivering technical training within insurance.
- Must have experience of e-learning.
- Ideally experience using captivate and/or articulate.
- Solid understanding of FCA regulation relating to the general insurance market.
- Ability to navigate a diverse business environment and influence key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to advise, influence and partner with senior leaders in developing/delivering people strategies to drive business performance.
- Strong written communication skills.
