Our client, a well-regarded US Law Firm is seeking an IT Trainer to join their technical department on a full-time permanent basis.

As the internal IT Trainer you will be responsible for training members of staff in the London and European offices. You’ll design and deliver technical training whilst assisting in creating, editing and maintaining documentation and training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver classroom training, one-to-one and remote training sessions
- Analyse training requirements and arrange training for all staff in the London and European offices
- Create documentation and training videos
- Work closely with the IT department whilst being able to work independently
- Develop new training methods where required
- Participate in company-wide projects
- Evaluate and test new software

Key Experience:

- A minimum of five years’ experience in a technical training role
- Experience of working in a law firm is highly advantageous
- Experienced in creating new training documentation and methods
- Confident working independently
- Able to keep abreast of new technologies
- Experience of writing training manuals and documentation

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT trainer to join an international law firm in a newly created role.

The successful IT Trainer will be required to look after staff training requirements in London and across Europe, being given sole responsibility of this area.
